of your family relationship. All family migrants must
be either sponsored or nominated by a close family member,
partner or fiancé living in Australia.

Visa – Are you the wife or husband or de-facto

overseas and are intending to marry within a 9 month period

Partner - Are you in a same sex relationship
with an Australian partner and can demonstrate a mutual

PARENT AND OTHER FAMILY MIGRATION
Parent
Visa – If all your children are permanent residents or
citizens of Australia, OR;
If
the number of your children who are permanent residents
or citizens of Australia is:
(A) greater than, or equal to, the total number your children
that resides overseas; or,
(B) is greater than the greatest number of your children that
reside in any single country overseas.
