FAMILY & PARTNER MIGRATION

The family migration scheme is available for applicants who have a family relationship with their Australian relative. In most circumstances the success of an application under the family migration scheme is based upon the closeness of your family relationship. All family migrants must be either sponsored or nominated by a close family member, partner or fiancé living in Australia.

PARTNER MIGRATION

Spouse Visa – Are you the wife or husband or de-facto partner of an Australian Permanent Resident/Citizen. CONTACT US

Prospective Marriage - Are you the fiancé (e) of an Australian Permanent Resident/Citizen that is currently overseas and are intending to marry within a 9 month period of entering Australia. CONTACT US

Interdependent Partner - Are you in a same sex relationship with an Australian partner and can demonstrate a mutual commitment to a shared life together. CONTACT US

PARENT AND OTHER FAMILY MIGRATION

Parent Visa – If all your children are permanent residents or citizens of Australia, OR;

If the number of your children who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia is:

(A) greater than, or equal to, the total number your children that resides overseas; or,

(B) is greater than the greatest number of your children that reside in any single country overseas.
