Graphic Arts (Graphic Pre-Press) is suitable for trainees wishing to gain a broad and thorough knowledge of the Printing and Graphic Arts industry. The course provides the opportunity to develop pre-press skills in typography, design and layout, preparation of files for print, scanning imagines, image outputting, imposition and a range of current industry software applications.
The Diploma course develops Multimedia skills in graphic arts, such as web page development, 2D and 3D animation, and screen design.
Design software used in this course includes: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, 3D Studio Max.
