- see the work that we have been doing on your file;
- the amount of chargeable work we have attended to;
- view any relevant property searches and letters of advice which we have sent to you;
- your accounts and invoices;
- send us comments or emails;
- provide us with feedback etc.
We will send you an option in our engagement letter to give you the option if you would like to access the Portal and, if so, we will provide you with your login and password.
