Anthony is TIA Legal Group's Principal Legal Practitioner.

Prior to working for TIA Legal Group, Anthony was employed for many years with two highly regarded law firms - one a multinational top-tier law firm where he was appointed an Associate and, earlier in his career, a lawyer for a highly regarded property and banking and finance law firm in Sydney.

Anthony currently acts for a number of mortgage funds and private lenders and he has acted for many large banking and financial institutes, including ANZ, NAB, St George, Bank West, AMP and GE. Anthony has vast hands-on experience and knowledge in:

• all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions in NSW and Qld;
• structuring and documenting large commercial, corporate and project finance facilities;
• mortgagee and debt recovery matters (including advising lenders in relation to their enforcement options and strategic plans for debt recovery);
• finance restructuring (as an alternate option to enforcement action);
• general commercial transactions (including trademarks, sale of businesses and business assets, share sales transactions, commercial leasing in NSW and Qld etc); and
• migration visa procedures and merits review.

Professional activities

Anthony regularly writes legal briefs and delivers seminars on a broad range of topics associated with the property, commercial and banking and finance industries.

Mathew is TIA Legal Group's Principal Migration Agent. Mathew is also the principal and founder of our affiliate, This Is Australia - Migration Service, which is one of the most successful migration firms in Australia.

Mathew has over 10 years experience in all aspects of migration law and policy and is well renowned among migration colleagues and the Immigration Department. He has lodged thousands of visas, which has resulted in thousands of satisfied clients who have paid complement to his services and utilised his services for friends and family members. His thorough, concise advices and migration applications and submissions are paramount to the success of our affiliate, This Is Australia - Migration Service. His ample knowledge has added tremendous value to TIA Legal Group's migration department.
