This consultation is available to those who are seeking the services of a migration firm to assist them with their visa application/migration matter in Australia. If the consultation is to seek advice regarding a visa refusal, cancellation, complex matter, or you may have already lodged applications either by yourself or with another migration agent/lawyer, a consultation fee will apply.

This first consultation is to assist you to understand the service we could potentially provide to you in relation to your circumstances. It will not contain any migration advice for you to act upon.

The extent of initial immigration assistance Australian Registered Migration Agents can provide is regulated by our industry Code of Conduct and enforced by the Migration Agents’ Registration Authority. By law, we are only permitted to provide our first consultation to you without a formal signed engagement of our services. This consultation includes any subsequent related general correspondence conducted on the same day.

After the first consultation, for us to be able to provide any further assistance, a cost/service agreement must be issued by us and entered into by you, in accordance with the new Migration Code of Conduct that commenced on 1st March 2022.

You also confirm that you have been provided with the Migration Agents Registration Authority’s Consumer Guide document (Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession).

You hereby consent for us to undertake Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) searches prior to the consultation, and thereafter whilst assisting you with your migration matter, to verify your (and your dependant family member’s) visa status.

Consultation fees may apply to any subsequent consultation and/or enquiries you may have.

If your enquiry relates to employer sponsorship or skilled migration it is mandatory you supply a comprehensive up to date resume with all qualifications and work experience including all dates (DD/MM/YYYY) and if your employment was either full or part time.
