The Aged 60 years or over is no longer separately listed. Instead, concession fees are clearly defined for those holding a valid Pensioner Concession Card. Concession fees are only available to those holding a valid Pensioner Concession Card issued by the Australian Government.
Additional fees and information:
- Child/Children under 16 years applying on the same form as a responsible parent (Form 1300T & Form 1290): Nil
- For second and each subsequent sibling applying for Citizenship by Descent at the same time (Form 118): AUD $150
- Application for Australian Citizenship for children adopted under full Hague Convention or bilateral arrangements (Form 1272): AUD $370
- For second and each subsequent sibling applying under Hague Convention at the same time (Form 1272): AUD $150
- Application for Renunciation of Australian Citizenship (Form 128): AUD $310
- Application to Resume Australian Citizenship (Form 132): AUD $245
- Application for Evidence of Australian Citizenship (Form 119): AUD $280
Certain fee exemptions exist for specific applicants, such as British and Maltese former child migrants who arrived under the Commonwealth Child Migration Scheme (1947-1967), persons with at least 90 days of service in the permanent Australian forces, and those applying under Statelessness provisions (Section 21(8) of the Australian Citizenship Act 2007).
